Mick Reber grew up in Las Vegas and has spent his career celebrating the offbeat characters of the American West. His work is listed in Who’s Who in American Art and has appeared in Art in America, Art News, and Art Week. He has exhibited throughout the United States, won the Phoenix Biennial, and was the subject of a 1983 PBS documentary. In 1985 he was among 20 artists invited to witness Christo’s Pont Neuf Wrapped in Paris. His work is held in public and private collections across the U.S.
