Wild Rose Berries (c. 1987) is Campanelli’s most iconic work. The licensed print sold nearly one million copies — outselling prints by Picasso and Dalí. During her lifetime, she sold more original paintings than any living American artist except Andrew Wyeth.
Pauline Eble Campanelli (1943–2001) was celebrated for her meticulous, naturalistic still lifes rendered with photorealistic precision. Her intimate compositions of everyday objects — baskets, fruit, flowers, kitchen items — earned her a devoted following and a permanent place in American art history.
